Solar Power - GCSE Physics Definition

Solar power is the energy we get from the Sun's rays. This energy is captured using devices called solar panels, which transfers energy from sunlight into electrical energy. Solar power is a type of renewable energy, meaning it won't run out as long as the Sun is shining. It's an important way to produce electricity without causing pollution, making it a clean and sustainable energy source. However, the initial cost of installing solar panels can be quite high, and it is not useful in places which don't get much sunlight.
