Health is the state of being well, both physically and mentally. It means that your body is working properly without any illness or injury, and you feel good emotionally too. Good health is not just about not being sick; it also involves having a balanced diet, getting regular exercise, enough sleep, and maintaining positive relationships. Health allows you to take part in everyday activities and enjoy life. In biology, health can also refer to how different systems in your body, like your heart, lungs, and brain, function together to keep you alive and well.
