The Club app is a platform for creators and brand ambassadors to discover and apply for missions from their favourite brands. By completing tasks or driving sales through discount codes, you can earn rewards such as commission, cash, or freebies. The app also makes it easy to track your progress, manage your earnings, and unlock more opportunities as you move up through gamified tiers.
Yes. Ideally, we’re looking for ambassadors who genuinely love and use Save My Exams. Being part of the community means sharing your authentic experience, so a real passion for the platform is key.
To redeem rewards, go to Wallet in the app. There, you’ll see your balance and available rewards by brand. Your cash rewards from missions and sales commission show up in your cash wallet once they’re approved. You can request a payout to your bank account right from the app when your earnings are available. Withdrawals are handled through Airwallex and usually take about 5-10 working days. If you run into any issues with adding your bank account or withdrawing funds, just tap ‘Report Technical Issue’ in the app.
Each mission has its own rules and requirements. For example, Instagram story missions may require two screenshots within 24 hours (with a 12-hour gap). You can take on up to 3 freebie missions at a time. Mission availability and requirements vary by brand, so always check the specific rules in your app before getting started to plan your submissions. Rewards are only issued once your mission submission has been approved.
No! You don’t need a large social media following to participate. Many missions are open to everyone, regardless of follower count.
We review submissions as quickly as possible and will notify you once a decision is made. If you haven’t heard back within 10 working days, you can report the delay through the ‘Report a Technical Issue’ button in the app.
Yes. If you are under 16, we’ll need your parent or guardian to complete a parental consent form before you can officially join the ambassador programme. This will be shared during the application process.
Yes. A smartphone is required so you can download and use the Club app, where the ambassador programme takes place. ​​However, if the embed feature is enabled on the website, you will be able to join from your desktop.
If your bank doesn’t use routing numbers, please enter your bank sort code instead. Bank code equivalents by region:
  • Routing number → United States
  • Sort code → United Kingdom & Ireland
  • BSB / IFSC / BIC, etc → Other regions
These all serve the same general purpose: identifying your bank and branch for payments and transfers.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time by going to your account settings in the app.
