Zephyr's T-shirts sell t-shirts with logos that are marketed as "Made from organically grown cotton.", though Zephyr is not sure that this is true. He buys 250 t-shirts from a distributor and checks each one for faults, looking for the following problems:
Zephyr sells all t-shirts that pass the first test for £30 each. If a t-shirt fails the checks, Zephyr sells the t-shirt at a discounted price of £20, but does not label any defects. Identify one reason why Zephyr's T-shirts may fail to comply with consumer law. [1] |
