Resource management is the process of using Earth's natural resources, such as water, energy, and raw materials, in a way that meets our needs while also taking care of the environment for future generations. It involves planning how to use and protect these resources wisely, so they don’t run out or harm the planet. For example, managing water resources means making sure everyone has enough clean water to drink while also preserving rivers and seas for wildlife. In GCSE Geography, you'll learn how countries and communities manage resources and explore ways to use them sustainably.
