Mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and also influences how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

Having good mental health means you can handle challenges, build strong relationships, and work towards your goals. It's important at every stage of life and can change over time due to different events or experiences. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health, and there are many ways to improve it, such as talking to someone, eating well, getting enough sleep, and staying active.
