Thought is the mental process of considering, imagining, or reflecting on ideas, concepts, and memories. It's how our brains process information and make sense of the world around us. Thought allows us to plan for the future, solve problems, and make decisions. It's also involved in daydreaming and remembering past events. In GCSE Psychology, thought is important because it helps us understand how people learn, communicate, and behave.
