Role allocation is a concept in sociology that refers to how people are sorted into different jobs and roles in society. It is based on their skills, talents, and abilities. This starts in school which identifies students' strengths and weaknesses, which can guide them towards certain careers or paths in the future. The idea is that by figuring out where individuals will excel the most, society can function smoothly, with everyone contributing in areas where they are most capable whether as a teacher, doctor, engineer, or any other role.
