Teacher partnership FAQs

Who can apply for a free teacher account?

You are encouraged to apply if you work with students who are from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds, or at a school working with Pupil Premium students (UK) or equivalent. If you are unsure whether you fit the criteria, please get in touch with our Scholarship team: [email protected] (opens in a new tab).

How many Teacher Partnerships will be allocated each month?

Initially, there will be no set number; we will assess applications on a case-by-case basis.

What subjects are included?

You’ll receive full access to all available Save My Exams subjects for the students you support. This includes all subjects currently available on the platform at GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, IB, O-level, AP and other qualification levels.

How long will the free access last?

Free access is typically granted for one year initially (from the activation date), with a view to extending the account annually, depending on your ongoing needs and our capacity.

Can I apply on behalf of my department or school?

Yes! While individual teachers are welcome to apply, you may also submit an application on behalf of a department or multiple colleagues if you support a larger group of students. We will reach out to you to discuss your specific needs if your application is successful.

What happens after I apply?

Once you’ve submitted your application, our team will review it at the start of the next month and contact you with the outcome within the first week of the month. Please check your inbox and junk folder carefully so you don’t miss any updates about your account. If your application is successful, we’ll guide you through setting up your accounts.

Is there a deadline to apply?

There’s no fixed deadline and the selection process will be repeated on a monthly rolling basis. The first draw will be completed in the first week of March 2026.

Will I need to provide proof of eligibility?

We may request supporting information, such as Pupil Premium percentages or non-personal details about your school or students, to help us fairly allocate Teacher Partnership accounts.

Contact us at [email protected] (opens in a new tab) if you have any questions and we will be happy to help!
