Terms and Conditions: Save My Exams Teacher Partnership

Please read this webpage for the General Terms and Conditions for the Save My Exams Teacher Partnership.

Save My Exams reserves the right to withdraw your partnership status if you are subsequently found to be ineligible or if these terms and conditions are not adhered to. Save My Exams also reserves the right to amend the partnership offer without notice at any time

Eligibility criteria

  • You must be a currently practising teacher in a recognised school or educational institution

  • Priority will be given to teachers working with disadvantaged students or high numbers of pupil premium pupils

  • Applicants must not currently hold a Save My Exams teacher subscription

Partnership obligations

  • By submitting your application, you agree to these terms and conditions

  • Applications not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or which are delayed, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, mislaid or lost through technical issues, will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for such entries

  • It is your responsibility to read and understand the eligibility criteria and submit your application accurately and on time, following all instructions on the Save My Exams Teacher Partnership page

  • If selected, you may be asked to participate in brief surveys or interviews to support the development of the Save My Exams platform

  • You may be asked to provide informal feedback and share your experiences using Save My Exams, either for internal use or as part of broader communications about the partnership

  • You agree to act as a brand advocate, sharing your positive experiences with other teachers and within your professional network when appropriate

  • Your site usage may be monitored in accordance with our standard terms of service

Termination

  • You must inform us at [email protected] (opens in a new tab) if you leave your teaching position or wish to withdraw from the partnership.

  • Save My Exams reserves the right to cancel the partnership at any time for reasons outside of its control

  • Save My Exams may terminate the partnership immediately if we reasonably believe you have made a misrepresentation (whether intentionally or not) in your application or have otherwise acted dishonestly in connection with your access

  • Inappropriate account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access

General

  • Partnership recipients will receive full access to the Save My Exams paid teacher and student resources across all subjects and courses

  • You must comply with Save My Exams’ standard Terms and Conditions and privacy policy

  • Access begins from the date your account is set up and cannot be deferred to a later date

  • There is no cash alternative to this offer and the partnership is non-transferable

Key Dates and Selection Process

Application process

  • Submit your application via the form on the Save My Exams Teacher Partnership page

  • Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before applying

  • If your application is unsuccessful, you may reapply during the next application window (there is no limit to the number of application windows you can enter)

Selection process

  • Save My Exams will review all applications to ensure eligibility criteria are met

  • Selected teachers will be notified by email within the first week of each month

  • Specific terms of the partnership will be discussed and agreed with selected winners on a case-by-case basis

Receipt of the Partnership Offer

  • If selected, you will receive an email from [email protected] (opens in a new tab) with instructions for the next steps

  • You must accept the offer within the time period stated in the email by replying directly

  • Failure to accept within the stated timeframe will result in the offer being retracted and reallocated at our discretion
