Harish Vijayan

Education and Teaching Experience

• After graduating with a degree in English from the University of Oxford, Harish later received his teacher training qualification at Roehampton University.

• He has worked in a number of roles in London secondary schools, including Literacy Co-Ordinator, Key Stage 4 Lead and Lead Practitioner of English.

Examining Experience

• Harish has worked as a GCSE examiner for AQA in both English Language and English Literature.

Student and Teacher Success

• As a Key Stage 4 Lead in a number of schools, Harish has played a central role in developing and refining English curricula, and raising standards through targeted intervention.

• As a Lead Practitioner, Harish has delivered whole-staff CPD on a range of aspects of effective classroom teaching, and has been actively involved in training and mentoring teachers at different stages of their careers.
