A growth mindset is a way of thinking where you believe that you can improve your abilities and intelligence through hard work, learning, and perseverance.

It's the idea that skills and talents can be developed over time, rather than being fixed traits you are born with. This mindset encourages embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, and not giving up easily because you understand that effort leads to progress.

In GCSE Psychology, having a growth mindset can help you approach your studies with a positive attitude and become more resilient when faced with difficulties.
