This grammar is only required for Higher tier.
Use the structure il est + adjective + de + infinitive to say ‘it is [adjective] to [verb]’:
il est facile de s’inscrire à ce site web
it is easy to sign up to this website
il est interdit d’envoyer des messages méchants
it is forbidden to send nasty messages
il est impossible de contrôler les réseaux sociaux
it is impossible to control social networks
