Identifying Leaf Structures in a Dicotyledonous Plant

  • You will be expected to identify the following structures in the leaf of a dicotyledonous plant:

    • Chloroplasts

    • Cuticle

    • Guard cells

    • Stomata

    • Upper and lower epidermis

    • Palisade mesophyll

    • Spongy mesophyll

    • Air spaces
