Sport plays a very important role in my life. I think it is important to stay active because you become healthier and happier as a result. For example, I play football twice a week with my team, and the training helps me improve my fitness and become more active. Last year we often won against other teams, and that was a great feeling. Sport is also a great opportunity to make new friends and work as a team. Sometimes it is tiring, but I never give up.

In the future I would like to take part in a sports competition, perhaps a 20-kilometre run. That would be a big challenge for me because I have never run so far. I will go jogging every morning to prepare myself, and my family will support me. I hope that I will reach the end - that would be really great for me.
