About

  • Natalie is a History Content Creator at Save My Exams, with over a decade of teaching experience across Key Stages 3–5 in both the UK and international schools. 

  • She has taught the IB Diploma Programme for History for many years, as well as IGCSE/GCSE History across a wide range of topics.

  • Before writing for Save My Exams, Natalie taught in leading international schools in the UAE, where she designed and implemented KS3, IGCSE, and IB History curricula. 

  • She developed structured lesson sequences and exam-focused resources, including model answers, revision programmes, and targeted intervention strategies to support student progress.

  • She has a breadth of experience across I/GCSE exam boards, teaching Cambridge, Edexcel and AQA, and has supported students through coursework, internal assessments, and high-stakes examinations. 

  • As an AQA GCSE History examiner, and through her involvement in assessment planning, data analysis, and departmental standardisation, she has developed a strong understanding of exam criteria and how students can improve their written responses.

  • Natalie is particularly passionate about helping students move from descriptive to analytical writing, focusing on building clear arguments, effective use of evidence, and confidence with exam technique.
