Sylwia Jurczak

Sylwia Jurczak is a Content Writer at Save My Exams and an experienced teacher of Polish with over 12 years of teaching experience. She specialises in supporting students preparing for GCSE and A-level Polish examinations and is passionate about helping young people develop confidence in their language skills.

For the past 12 years, Sylwia has taught Polish at the Jeremi Przybora Polish Saturday School in Welwyn Garden City. For the last five years, she has delivered GCSE Polish courses and worked as a private tutor, preparing students for both GCSE and A-level Polish. Her experience also includes conducting GCSE Polish speaking examinations in English schools.

Sylwia also has several years of experience as an AQA examiner, marking the GCSE Polish Writing component. This gives her valuable insight into the requirements of the qualification and helps her create clear, relevant and exam-focused educational content. Alongside her educational work, Sylwia works as a House Manager in a private household. Outside of work, she loves travelling and exploring the mountains. “I believe that learning a language is not only about passing exams, but also about building confidence and discovering a connection with another culture.”
